Most customers rely on their doctor to submit the proper forms to their private insurance carrier or Medicare for full or partial reimbursement. In every case, you must include a written prescription that reads: "EASY GAIT™ BRACE FOR FOOT DROP" signed by your physician.

You should also send along a copy of your paid invoice because your insurance firm may not be familiar with the configuration of your brace and needs to apply the correct L-Code number or proper reimbursement for your orthosis. In most cases it will be Billing Code L1910.
